If you are an individual user and your employer purchased the service to which this Privacy Policy applies, all of the information described in this Privacy Policy is subject to your employer’s policies regarding deletion, encryption, export, monitoring, passwords, and retention of data associated with the service.

Information We Collect

Amon Woulfe’s policy is to protect the confidentiality of the individually identifiable information that you provide, and we limit access to that information only to those with a need to know. Amon Woulfe collects the information described in “Computer Information” from you. In addition, if you choose to complete certain forms or send us requests, you will be asked to provide the following information: full name, phone number, and e-mail address.

If your employer contracts for Amon Woulfe’s consulting services, in order for Amon Woulfe to complete the services, you may be asked to provide: (A) identifiers such as a real name, postal address, unique personal identifier, internet protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers; (B) characteristics, such as age, sex, national origin, marital status, number of children, or others; (C) biometric, health, and medical information, such as heart rates, sleep patterns, physical measurements, psychometrics, saliva and stool and blood testing; (D) Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, information regarding your interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement; (E) geolocation data; (F) audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information; (G) professional or employment-related information; (H) education information; and (I) inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. CMP will not sell this information, and will only provide it to the contracted employer and/or service providers who have a need to know in order to provide testing services or similar services to CMP and/or your employer, or as provided in the “Information We Share” section below.

Computer Information

Amon Woulfe logs your current Internet address (this is usually a temporary address assigned by your Internet service provider when you log in), the type of operating system you are using, and the type of browser software used. In addition, Amon Woulfe may keep track of what portions of this Site you are visiting. Amon Woulfe aggregates this information to help Amon Woulfe improve or create a better experience for users of the Site. For example: Amon Woulfe may upgrade those parts of the Site that are heavily visited.

Our website automatically records website usage information that we analyze statistically to track operational problems, to prevent fraud and to improve the effectiveness, security and integrity of the site. We do not use this information to track or record information about individuals. We will disclose this information to third parties only in aggregate form or as may be required by law. Amon Woulfe may also acquire personal information from other sources who have the right to provide such information to Amon Woulfe. For example, Amon Woulfe may acquire 360 feedback from other colleagues in the business to inform their coaching program, or Amon Woulfe may acquire address information from these sources to validate or update your address or to prevent fraud; demographic and lifestyle information to help Amon Woulfe analyze our business’s performance or improve the Services; and information about your online and offline transactions and purchases to help Amon Woulfe analyze or improve the Services. Amon Woulfe receives personal information, such as your name and email address, from business partners when you participate in joint marketing promotions, events, transactions, or similar interactions with third parties with whom Amon Woulfe has a joint venture or similar business relationship. Except as expressly provided in an agreement with your employer, Amon Woulfe may collect, use, retain, share, and store personal information collected from or about you for any of the following purposes:

To provide and improve the Services. Amon Woulfe uses your personal information – such as your address – to respond to your inquiries and provide you with requested information; and to provide and improve our customer service. If your employer contracts for Amon Woulfe’s consulting services, Amon Woulfe will use the information in order to complete the services. In addition, Amon Woulfe may use personal information to analyze and improve the performance, usage and operations of our services using internal or external software and tools; to better understand who is using the services and how; and to develop new products or services.

To communicate with you. For example, Amon Woulfe may use your personal information – such as your email address, telephone number, usernames, and other contact information – to respond to your inquiries; to provide you with information about Services; and to otherwise communicate with you as needed or permitted to run Amon Woulfe’s business.

To perform business reporting, analysis, and research. For example, Amon Woulfe may use information about your history with us, and information about your use of the services to engage in reporting, analytics, and research that helps Amon Woulfe operate or improve our business, including but not limited to metrics measuring the performance of Amon Woulfe’s marketing efforts and advertisements that you may see or receive. Amon Woulfe has disclosed but has not sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months as described above. Amon Woulfe uses no encryption (data scrambling) on certain portions of the Site, but uses encryption on portions where you are transmitting financial information, such as credit card information. When you are on any web site that asks you for confidential information, you should check to see if the information being transmitted is encrypted in order to increase the security of your information. Keep in mind that there is no such thing as perfect security.

Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise expressly provided in a signed contract with your employer, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CMP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM A CLAIM OF BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, or $5, whichever is less.
